Grooming and presentation (2 sessions)- First impressions matter in aviation. These sessions focus on professional grooming standards, skincare basics, makeup guidance, hairstyle expectations, formal dressing, posture, and overall presentation. Students understand how to maintain airline grooming standards and present themselves with elegance and confidence.

Airline Personality Standards (2 sessions)- Airlines look for personality as much as skills. These sessions help students understand the professional attitude, body language, smile, eye contact, hospitality mindset, and behavioral standards expected in the aviation industry. The focus is on developing a polished personality that aligns with airline expectations.

Confidence Building (3 sessions)- Confidence is what transforms preparation into selection. These sessions are designed to remove hesitation, improve self-expression, reduce interview fear, and help students develop strong personal presence. Through practical exercises and mindset coaching, students learn how to carry themselves with natural confidence.

Group discussion (4 sessions)- Many airline selection rounds include group discussions and team activities. These sessions train students on how to speak effectively in a group, handle pressure, contribute smartly, listen actively, and stand out without dominating. Real practice sessions help improve teamwork and leadership presence.

CV Building (1 session)- A strong CV creates your first professional impression. Students receive guidance on proper format, content, profile summary, and interview-ready resume structure.

Mock Interview (3 sessions)- Mock interviews simulate real airline interview experiences with flying crew. Students go through professional interview practice with personalised feedback on answers, body language, confidence, communication, and overall presentation. This helps them identify weak areas and improve before the final interview.

Airline referrals and doubt clearing session (1 session)- This final session provides career guidance, airline application support, referral opportunities where possible, and complete doubt clearing. Students get clarity on airline hiring processes, application strategies, documentation, and next steps for building a successful cabin crew career.
